10. Source Code Ownership & Access Policy

Intellectual Property & Source Code Rights

All software, applications, websites, and digital solutions developed by Cyberathon Technology (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. are the exclusive intellectual property of the company unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a written contract. We provide clients with full access to the final deployed product (website/app/software) for usage and business operations. However, the underlying source code, architecture, scripts, and development files remain the property of Cyberathon Technology (OPC) Pvt. Ltd.

What the Client Receives

• Admin panel or user access (as agreed)
• Hosting / deployment support (if included)

What is Not Provided

• Source code files
• Development repositories
• Framework structure
• Internal libraries or reusable modules

Source Code Transfer (Paid & Conditional)

Source code may be transferred only if:

• Specifically mentioned in the project quotation/contract
• Additional commercial charges are paid
• A separate Source Code Transfer Agreement is signed

Protection Clause

• Any attempt to copy, reverse engineer, resell, or reproduce the software without written permission will be considered a violation of intellectual property rights and may lead to legal action.
